About the event
Adult Vaccines: Why me, which ones, what do they do?
What you actually need, what you don’t, and what to do next. Most adults are missing vaccines they’re eligible for and don’t know it. In this session, you’ll learn how vaccines work, why boosters are sometimes needed, what vaccine effectiveness means, which ones matter for you, and what to do next. This session is for adults who aren’t sure if they’re up to date, have heard conflicting information, or want straightforward guidance.

Led by a nurse practitioner and an immunologist, this 45-minute talk will follow with 15 minutes of questions on vaccines adults you may want to consider, including routine, age-related, and travel vaccines, as well as which are publicly funded and which may need to be paid for privately.. You’ll leave knowing what applies to you and what’s worth doing.
You’re welcome to bring your vaccine record if you…
